To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Avenor Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team at hello@avenor.com. Upon termination, we will delete your account data within 30 days, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
